Refund policy

Gift baskets and apparel are custom designed and are a FINAL SALE. There are NO REFUNDS. So please ensure your purchase fits your individual gifting needs.

Products that are offered in the baskets will be inspected prior to shipment. Please note:  CREATIVE DESIGN BY TONI D'NISE LLC is not affiliated with and accepts NO responsibility for personal harm, injury, or other damages from third party vendors or companies.

CREATIVE DESIGN BY TONI D'NISE LLC references the words of "him and her" as descriptive terms. However, these terms DO NOT EXCLUDE OR DISCRIMINATE against any individual or group from selecting and purchasing from the collection of choice.

Damages 

If your gift basket is damaged you must email info.creativedesignbytonidnise@gmail.com immediately along with the picture of the damages WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Each order will have a tracking number that will inform both the purchaser and company of shipping and delivery times.
